Problem with Inflatable Pool

Our inflatable pools have a warranty to arrive in good condition. If you have found an air leak or defect in your pool please notify us within seven days of your pool's arrival at or 509-962-8630. After confirming an air leak or defect, a replacement pool will be sent ASAP or a refund will be issued depending on the customers preference. Notices after seven days may not qualify for replacement or refund. Pool replacement will be sent via the original shipping method purchased. Customer may purchased a faster shipping method if they desire.

Inflatable pools are vulnerable to mishandling. A Notice for test inflating your pool is placed on the shipping box, on the shipment invoice and in our pool set up instructions. After the test inflation, the pool warranty is considered met. The inflatable pool warranty does not cover repeat inflation or repeat use except for a few of our PRO GRADE pools. Please see each pool's detailed description in our Pool section.

Problem with Non-inflatable Products

All products have a warranty to arrive in new and working condition. If you received a product with a defect or problem, please contact us within 14 days of your order's arrival at or 509-962-8630. After confirming a problem or defect, we will send you a replacement product ASAP, or issue you a refund. Replacement product will be sent via the original shipping method purchased. Customer may purchase a faster shipping method if desired.

General Product Return

We are happy to accept product returns. Products must reach us within 14 days after their arrival to you. Products received after 14 days may not be refunded or returned.

We can accept the following returns:

  • Unopened pools. Seal on box cannot be broken.
  • Unopened liners. Liner bag cannot be opened.
  • Products still in their original packaging and that have not been handled or used.

We cannot accept the following returns:

  • Pools or liners that have been removed from their box or bag.
  • Birth supplies (baby hats, gloves, underpads, etc.)

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Products must be packaged properly. Damaged products or those lost during the returned process are the responsibility of the customer and not Your Water Birth .com. We will refund the price of the product minus your original shipping and minus a 20% restocking fee. Your refund will be processed after products arrive and are found to be in re-sellable condition. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

Products deemed non-returnable/refundable will not be returned to the customer.
